2005 SHOWCASE INFORMATION

Cost: $5900 (includes existing carpet and one 20-amp quad-box for electricity)

Payment Schedule: 50% deposit is due upon receipt of showcase contract. The remaining 50% deposit is due on or before February 9, 2004. After February 9th full payment is due with showcase contract.

Payment Methods: Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and check

Cancellations: All cancellations must be in writing and sent by certified mail to:

Please note: Cancellations received before February 9th 2004 will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No refund will be given after February 9, 2004.

Deadline for signing up: We will continue selling showcase space until we are sold out. There are a limited number of spaces available so be sure to sign up early.

  • Ensure your company has a showcase at the Forum
  • Increased exposure on the official Web site
  • Ability to select prime showcase location
  • Ability to take advantage of promotional opportunities (pending print dates)
